Hey Gang,
I've been maxing out this week and last week with the three core exercises. Right now, about 8 hours after my workout, I've got a lot of dull pain just above my knees. Would you consider that normal after maxing out or even after a normal day in the gym? I guess it's wierd because it doesn't really feel likes it's the muscles that are hurting. Or that it's the same soreness I'm used to.
