I am currently starting to take PRO-GF and PRO-Mass. Very simply put when is the best time of the day to take them. Have looked around and I know that I take the gf on and empty stomach and so have been taking it in the morning before breakfast. Is this a good idea? Please help.

Pro-gf is an Osmotic Anabolic Stimulant.
Pro-mass is a weight gain/muscle building/protein supplement.

Osmotic Anabolic Stimulant? Sounds serious. What's IN it?

Promass sounds like a meal replacement. use it whenever you need a liquid meal. (Most of the time, weight gainers/meal replacements work nicely as post workout food, but it depends on the macro breakdown)

It's creatine, glutamine, Argine, and taurine.

It probably doesn't matter when you take it. I like to take creatine post workout, but that's more because that's when I remember to use it.

Pro GF before your workout.
Pro Mass or ProPeptide MBF after your workout & before going to bed.
They still are #1 as far as Protein Quality goes!
