Protein shake at school ?

Hi im starting back at school again 2moro and im wondering what will happen if i make my protein shake b4 school and consume it at break/lunch at school. Will it go off ? Ill make it at lets say 8 am and consume it at 11 am.

i don't think it will be a problem at all, assuming you make it with water

personally, i find that carrying containers full of liquid protein shake are prone to spillage; a much better solution is to simply put the protein powder (dry) into your shaker container and then carry THAT around with you

when it comes time for the shake

just add water. :D
