Does anyone know the approxmiate nutritional info on these? I've been eating one with my salad along with some salmon.

I normally hard boil the egg and just yank the yellow out and give it to the cat :D

It is a measure of the mineral ions that are left over after the food in question has been dried and heated. The heating will eliminate all of the organic material and leave the inorganic material, hence the term ash.
