I know yohimbine is best used on an empty stomach ~30 minutes prior to cardio or whatever. Lets say I wake up at 6:30 eat around 7:00am. Class at 8:00am and get home and am doing my cardio(jog/run) around 9:30. I am very lean as it is and just want to shred up a little more. Should I take the yohimbine right as my 8:00am class ends around 9:00-9:10? Will this work well? And should I do low intensity (fast jog/slow run) for 25-30 minutes or should I stick to 12-15 minutes of HIIT and then do low intensity for another 10 or so? What is the best approach to get rid of the last bit of fat on my lower midsection?

The best approach would be to use it transdermally, in a localized delivery system.

You can do both if I am not mistaken. I am just curious as to the oral usage for now.

I think orally, its effect only last for a little over an hour. Transdermally, it is time released simply by the delivery method - so you get a steady delivery.

If you want that spike, though, Oral Yohimbine absorbs rapidly - so maybe around the time your class ends pop the capsule. It should be kicking in by the time you get to the gym.
