I know yohimbine is best used on an empty stomach ~30 minutes prior to cardio or whatever. Lets say I wake up at 6:30 eat around 7:00am. Class at 8:00am and get home and am doing my cardio(jog/run) around 9:30. I am very lean as it is and just want to shred up a little more. Should I take the yohimbine right as my 8:00am class ends around 9:00-9:10? Will this work well? And should I do low intensity (fast jog/slow run) for 25-30 minutes or should I stick to 12-15 minutes of HIIT and then do low intensity for another 10 or so? What is the best approach to get rid of the last bit of fat on my lower midsection?
