According to the label one capsule a day should be suffice.

ANyone takes two multi a day?Would it be too much?

I've taken two spaced apart about 8 hours because daily values are usually off a 2000 calorie diet which is too low for me and I also figure your body probably isn't 100% efficient at using all the vitamins.

Of course, I'm just guessing on all this, but I doubt anything like this is going to hurt me.
