Is it possible to buy glucose powder for use in post workout shakes? I can't seem to find anything.

Glucose = Dextrose :D You can get it online, I get mine from 1fast400.com.... http://www.1fast400.com/product_info.php?cPath=84&products_id=510

Glucose powder = dextrose = corn sugar

You should be able to purchase it at a store that sell home brewing supplies, or you can buy it online as previously mentioned.

hey i didnt know that before, i spent days trying to get dexrose but could not find it in any store, then i asked for glucose powder and they told me straight away were it was, it is also very cheap, £1.80 for a kilo :)
