Question about ephedra-free supplements.

I used to take half a pill of Ephedra whenever I wanted to study or before I headed to class as it helped me concentrate, I guess it had similar effects as amphetamines (such as Adderall). I want to know if Ephedra-free products will have the same effect. I know this is may be considered misuse of the product, but taking half a pill a day is far less than even the recommended dosage.

Well it may have a similiar yet less effective result. Most of the ephedra free formulations are combinations of caffeine, synephrine, and possible green tea extract or something similiar.

Why not just go with a strong cup of coffee?
