i been working out for a while now , but i always stop , now im really motivated to start working out again and i dont want to stop , so i been reading and hear that v12 is really good , what other supplement you guys recomend
i want some good protein

i mostly want to gain some muscle but without too many fat

well my first supplement would not be v12....first make sure your diets good, then get a good protien, i like optium nutritions 100% whey...its cheep and tastes great

well i tried all those products b4 , cell tech , nitro tech , monohydrated creatine , noresten , mmm protein from gnc , eas protein
mm alot lol
so nots gonna be my first supplement

get a good diet first, then go to proteinfactory.com and get a nice mix for a low price.

Why not make sure your diet and training are going good first? If you've quit often before, I'd make sure you are going to stick with it this time before investing money in something that might not have any benefits if you stop.

Get some protein. That's all I'd recommend.

Maybe Flax/Fishoil Caps and a hella good diet.
For protein I'd start w/EAS. It tastes good to start with, and then ween off EAS into Designer Whey(vitamins in it makes it taste not quite as good as EAS protein.)
