This is what I eat right now:

Chicken breast (no skin)
steak
Tuna
egg whites
turkey
Skim milk
cold water
shakes
and in the early part of the day I will also include some carbs with these such as:
oatmeal
rice
pasta

But I'm getting a lil bored of these, can anyone recommend some other high protein low carbs/fat foods?

wheat bread, kashi cereal, natty peanut butter, you need more healthy fats Alaino... eat some oily fish, supplement with fish oils, eat some nuts.... etc....

Fruits, veggies, beans, lean pork, other varieties of fish, lean ground beef, sweet potatoes, cottage cheese

There are plenty of foods that you can add, and the easiest thing to do would be to go to the supermarket and check some of the nutrition labels of various foods. Also you might think about using different recipes to prepare your food, which will also add a little variety.

If you want to cook a little more... a lot of the stuff your eating could have a million variations if cooked in different ways.
