I think that forearm is in need of a tan.

You can't handle the abs pic...

Better yet, I can't handle it! I am a fat bastard, you would need x-ray glasses for the abs pic.

LOL!

Awesome arm Chris! You'd kill if you ever got into bodybuilding. You've got the dedication to just cut down a bit and get a tan and shave :p. You'd be a monster on stage. How old you are?

I'm 33. I would love to compete in bodybuilding, but I don't want to take the drugs necessary to do so and be competitive. I did a couple of shows in my late teens and that was about it.

Thanks for the compliment.

You've got to be kidding me, you're only thirty three? I thought you were in your early forties?

Chris, 2 more years and you could do the masters. From what I've seen that's not quite as competitive as the open classes and with your sheer mass I think you could well. From seeing judging recently its not as much about how ripped they are anymore as much as being big. Given a good diet, you could well in just about any NPC show around VA and NC.

Lol, masters! Man, am I getting THAT old?

I thought he was closer to my age as well. I also thought the masters was at 40. Shows what I know. :(

There's different masters divisions but the earliest one starts at 35. Depending on the size of the show they have one at either 40 or 45 and another at 50 or 55.

good forearms, looks like they can lift some weight too, I think I am the only person in the world that has thicker and visually bigger forearms than my upper arms, weird stuff.

Chris, you KNOW I really respect you... but, really.... it might be time for some "manscaping" and a tan.

Yeah, I agree.

Everyone is always giving Mr. Mason **** for being so hairy and white! Meanwhile, anyone else who posts a pic of themselves with no body hair and a good tan automatically gets good props.

G-B's friend ain't got nothing on Mr. Mason! ;)

:)

Thanks PPP.

The guy is a heck of a lot leaner than I am, and definitely more tan.

What shoe size are you Chris, that might seem an odd question, but the length of your forearm is the same as the length of your foot so it would help me gauge the length of your forearm.

chris mason

Anywhere from a 10-11 depending on the shoe.

Measuring from the top of my forearm (looking down at my arm, palms up) to the crease just before my palm is ~10".

Curious as to why you want to know?

My wrist is 7.25".

Do you work your forearms directly ? wrist-curl ? grip work ?

you have Super forearms !

Actually I never have until recently. My recent training hasn't resulted in much growth. They have always been pretty decent considering my small bone structure (relatively speaking).
