how many calories do you guys take to maintain your weight?

Hmm I'm 165 pounds or so and I eat about 1500-1800 calories a day but I'm losing weight.
So maybe 2000-2200 to maintain? Not really sure I'm in no hurry to find out, just a few more pounds of fat and the rest of my six-pack will be kicking ass lol.:D

I've never actually tried to maintain my weight. Right now I'm cutting around 3500-4000 and typically bulk using 6000-8000.

If I cut the cardio back then I might maintain around 4000-4500.

I just finished my last cut. I'm currently weighing 159. I was losing at 1800-1900. Mainteinance is around 2200. I just started a slow bulk with 2600-2700. I'm just getting started, so in a couple of weeks I'll adjust that according to how much I gain.

I'm 162 and I'm still trying to find my maintenance level. I've been upping my calories by about 700 total calories a week, and i'm still slowly losing weight.

Right now I take in about 2300 per day. I think it's a little more than that though, like 2400.

181, ~15% bf, cutting at 2800 currently. Maintainance around 3300.
