Its says cholesterol is high, but all of my foods are whole foods. Wheat bread, cheerios, peanut butter lean chicken, etc. So I am not worried about it.

430 g of carbs and ONLY 23 g of fiber !?!?!?
i think you could make better carb choices based on that.
The program is Diet Analysis Plus.
I think the fiber is off. The reason why is because my carbs are pretty decent ones. For example I eat lots of cheerios, shredded wheat, beans, rice, sweet potatoes etc. I think that some of the program is off by some, especially if your food isnt in the program. I do recommend this program to anyone who needs an easy way to keep track of foods.
