Pics of my roommate we took out in our back yard. He is 6'0" and usually stays around 223 lbs. In these pics he leaned up and had his BF tested at 9% I believe and was 207lbs in these pics.

Looks good, sweet vascularity in his calves.

His proportions look pretty well balanced.

Yeah, good upper body and vascularity.

But he looks a bit lightweight on the lower body, does he train legs?

How can you say his legs look light? I think his legs look pretty damn good if you ask me.

Yeah, his legs look in line with the rest of him.

I can understand how he needs to bring his delts up to par but please elaborate on how you think he needs to bring up his hams. There is not a shot posted above that shows his ham development.

Exactly! They're so small I can't even see them!

Okay that was dumb. Actually I can see them in a good portion of his leg shots. True, there are no rear leg shots, but still visible.

He looks damn good. What direct work does he do for his abs? At that lean, they should be a little more defined... maybe a little more size in 'em would make his stomach look a little more cut.

Let's see a lat spread, can't make out much of it, that back shot doesn't speak for that much size, but it could be a bad angle.

This was something I almost commented on, his legs being very lean along with most everything else, I too would have expected to see better abs. And it does look like a bit of lack of development.

looks good, and very lean. you could put a little more mass on him then he would be a site, but very proportinol.

but one thing why is he looking at his crouch in every pic???

I agree about his abs. I also expected them to be more defined. He does about 15 minutes of ab work every other night.

Looks good, especially the back. Good quads. Maybe do more hanging leg raises for the lower abs. Perhaps he could bulk up more and he'd look even more menacing! :evillaugh Perhaps he could flash his white teeth at the audience? :D

He looks good. I agree on the abs and would also go as far as to say his hams and calves need some more shape. Great look all around though.
