Could someone explain the proper way to do deadlifts? And if im gonna do them on leg day should i do the deads first?

Great threads, thanks for bringing them up. I would have missed both otherwise.

The Deadlift is by far my favorite exercise. I think I have pretty good form, and after reading those, I'm not too far off. Maybe I can hit my goals quicker with that info :D
