I was wondering if anyone has ever read the e-books offered at these websites:
http://musclebuildingnutrition.com
http://aboutsupplements.com
He appears the be endorsed by Charles Poliquin, but, whatever. I don't trust anyone anymore.......

There's a guru around every corner. No big deal.
Stick to the basics and apply them faithfully and you won't need any guru's.

I think one of th ee-books he wrote outlined a number of supplements and discussed their effectiveness.
The end result was pretty much what you'll learn anywhere - most of them don't do much, if anything, and there are some that are very effective.
That said, you can probably learn a lot about how to think critically and understand research by reading some of his stuff.

All of Will Brink's posts on MFW seem to contain good advice/information. Take it for what it's worth.;)
