New here. I just got back into weight training in June after 1 year of no lifting due to injury and 1 year of rehab work using just my bodyweight and the Total Gym. Don't laugh it actually helps ;)
I have a lot to learn again and gain back, but here's my June back shot (on the left) and my August back shot. Hope you can tell a difference.
I'm 40, 5'8" and 158lbs in the August shot. Of course now I'm sick as a dog and haven't beena able to workout for 2 weeks. I guess I'll call this my break. lol
I'm very psyched to get a full winter of training, hopefully injury free, and see what I can look like by next spring at my age.
