What do you guys think about using Nesquick in your post workout drink as your source of carbs? Its mostly sugar and adds tons of flavor to protein. Ker blammo.

Sounds tasty, but I'd sooner add some Chocolate Sugar Free, Fat Free Jello Instand Pudding. Its main source of carbs is Maltodextrin. Plus adding it to regular low carb vanilla protein is DAMN good! :D

How much does that stuff? Cant it be a buck or so a box? I can get a whole tub of nesquick for like 3 bucks.

go get choclate malto form protein factory for 2.99 a lb thats cheaper than nestquick which is tasty i might add

First three ingredients of Nesquick are sugar,cocoa processed with alkalai, and some filler I cant remember.
