I try to follow this pretty religiously, 5 days a week with a little variation on the other 2 days since I have work.

I'm currently 135, trying to gain 30 pounds, and have been doing this diet for about the last month and have noticed MAYBE a gain of 2-3 pounds.

I also started Creatine consumption this week.

Breakfast Cal Fat Carbs pro
Cereal - Banana Nut Crunch 300 7.25 51 10.5
ProLab Chocolate w/milk 245 4.5 17 33
Fruit Cup 70 0 17 0 0
Orange Juice 110 0 26 2

Lunch
2 Chicken Quesadillas 366 12 41 24

Afterworkout
Biotest Surge w/milk 590 6.5 77 47

Dinner
Spaghetti w/meatballs + chicken 690 32 60 42

Snack

Totals 3311 86.25 385 230.5

My issues with this diet is i'm not bulking up fast enough, or do you think I'm just too impatient?

looks good to me, how long have you been on the diet?
how old are you?
whats your workout/exercise schedule?
give it time and your body should catch up....
if your under 19 it might be a little harder....
