Creatine Whilst Cutting

All of the benefits are still there, and you will probably respond better due to eating less red meat when cutting.

I'm not an expert, but here's my experience.

When I was cutting I was having a lot of trouble with getting rid of the love handles and lower back fat. Anyway, I was talking about it in the gym one of the PTs they suggested I stop taking Creatine since in some people it cause water retention in those areas. Sure enough, within a week after I stopped taking creatine the lower back and handles "deflated" by about 50%.

It wasn't the creatine.

That was water weight though; not body fat.

Anyone any ideas of how Herbal duiretics will respond with creatine

Depends on the mechanism of diuresis-- but always remember that ANY diuretic taken with creatine, regardless of mechanism, will result in the increased need for water, simply for the fact that less fluid is available in the body at any given time.
