hey i read today on the internet that creatine doesnt actually build muscle mass, all it does is holds fluids in your muscle and therefor increases size and your overall weight... is this fo real:eek: :cry: :confused:

Yep. Actually, it does more than hold fluid in the muscles, but it doesn't actually build them for you. What it comes down to is that creatine will let you work out harder and recover a little faster, hence better muscle growth.
There is still some evidence that creatine will somewhat assist growth in other ways, but that really doesn't bear mentioning right now until more research is done.

well, that goes for 90% of the ppl that buy supps :D
besides, most ppl don't go past the "Gain 20 lbs of lean muscle in weeks" before whipping out their credit cards... you think they actually go run to pubmed and go through the research articles? :p
