View Full Version : Healthy Chicken Salad Sandwich

1 can of chicken breast
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons of Light Miracle Whip
lil bit of Parsley
1/3 cup of green onions (raw)
pinch of salt
half a teaspoon of lemon juice

Dump the chicken in a bowl. Hard boil the eggs, then chop them up. Chop up the onions. Chop up the parsley. Dump them all over the chicken. Add your salt and pepper. Then throw in some lemon juice. Add the 2 tablespoons of Light Miracle Whip and begin mashing :D. Now eat it. Put it in salad or put it on a slice of whole wheat bread

Makes 4 servings

Nutritional info per serving:

Calories. 140
Protein: 14
Fat: 3
Carbs: 2

Of course, that number will change if you put it on bread (which most people do)

That sounds pretty good, except I'd use real mayo cause I don't like miracle whip, and I'd use raw egg whites.

I'd eat all 4 servings at once :burger:

lol. that's right, you're not cutting anymore :D

It's still not that bad for you if you were to eat the whole thing at once :)
