What muscles does the power clean focus on the most.. because i dont no on which day i should throw it in to my workout... hers my schedule back/bi,legs,chest,rest,rest,shoulders,tri,forearms,rest
any suggestions...

Didn't you already ask this?
Anyways, just try the exercise first. See how you feel after em. Hang cleans work my traps the most so I do em on Shoulder days.
