Hello,
I went out today and finally bought some Creatine and Protien, after working my ass off to pay for school... Anyways, i can't even remember the brand i purchases, but it contains 2g of Ribose? What is this stuff???? And what does it do?

Secondly, I haven't been on Creatine in about 10 months or so, and at the time i used the liquid stuff and didn't really see many gains or increases, so i'm back to the powder, i'm not too concerned about bloating, but what is the purpose of loading for the inital 5 days (it's usually doubling your doses right?). OK, that's it. This is only my second post and i find this forum awsome!

5 days is too long, cut it down to 2-3 days. The purpose is to saturate muscle creatine stores ASAP.

The recommended amount is to do it for 5 days loading period. 4 scoops if under 190 pounds, 5 scoops if 190-200 and 6 scoops if 200+. That is for the first five days and then after that it is 1 scoop per day. That is what the back of the label says anyway.

Hi 10 gr on the days you workout split into 5gr post workout 5gr with one of yer meals.5gr on none workout days pref with a hot drink. Loading sucks you piss like a horse down the pan it goes.

Well,don't get anything that contains ribose.It's a good crap.
I maintain with only ~3grams.
I think you don't need up to 5 grams,as recomended...

I'm thinking 10 grams is too much as well. I just take 5 grams after my workout and than on days I don't workout I take 5 grams with my shake before I go to bed.

I just take 10 grms until I see results then I cut down to 2-5 grms every other day.
