Here's a pic that you rarely see or hear about, Arnold doing a rear lat spread!

check it out, i think it is exceptional and am left wondering why there hasnt been many pics of him doing this pose:confused:

That's a cool pic! I thought I saw another of Arnold doing a rear lat spread somewhere around here. Maybe it was a relaxed pic. Either way, it was impressive.

well it doesn't really show much definition, but it shows his killer calves, damn those are nice...

He wasn't known for having the best back, even though it looked good. Notice how every pose he did showed off his chest and biceps.

It's crazy how his lats litterly hang off his body. There's folds of muscle at the bottom. Complete madness.

He constantly remarked on how weak his back was in comparison so even significantly smaller competitors like Franco and even Zane, so its no wonder he rarely did a straight up lat spread. In a posedown he'd never try that ****, he'd go for back double bi or twisting back bi to avoid comparison.

actually he would just show up and say "hi im arnold" and he would win hands down before the contest even started.
