I'm trying to go on a clean bulk; and gain as minimal amount of fat as possible.Please critique my diet plan and see if there are any flaws I may have over looked:I'm not qiuet sure what constitutes a clean bulk so that is why I am asking.
6 a.m.
1 sweet tator
2/3 cup oats
4/5 prunes
2 tblsp P*nut Butter
1 tin tuna
9.a.m.
1 cup pwdr MILK
2 SERV powdered Powerade
12:30 p.m.
4 oz. Chicken
1 cup brown rice
½ cup beans
4:30 p.m.
1/2 cup nuts
1 Yogurt cup
8:30 p.m.
8oz Beef.
2 cups veg. {LOW CARB/BROCCOLI/SQUASH TYPE OF STUFF}
1 tbsp. OLY. Oil

My daily maintenance calories are 2581; w/ this diet I am 285.6 cals a day above maintenance.Does this constitute a clean bulk?Any help would be appreciated.
