Well, due simply to the journalistic committment of so many of you guys and gals, I think I'll start this again. I gave up on the last one when it was apparent nobody gave a crap. I know, that's pretty weak. I'm just not a good self motivator. Help me out any change y'all get. Tonite in arm nite after my daughters baseball game. Yeah, that;s right she plays Dixie Youth baseball, among other sports. She is bad. Don't where she got it all from. Later.

Yeah, like I said, arm nite is tonite so I'll post afterwards. As for goals, I guess I need to set something measuable. I'm 45 years old, so I aint gonna be no JustinF or nuthin. Just want to keep improving. Worked out a bit in younger years, very inconsistently. Started back half-heartedly about three and a half years ago. Have just gotten serious in the past 9 months. Have lost 32 pounds and really made what I consider to be notable improvements. I just struggle with motivation. I guess due to my age and numerous distractions like the kids playing ball, my big boy toys/hobbies, etc.

Yeah well bro age is irrelavant. 32lbs is a far ammount to lose and a good stepping stone to where you want your physique to end up. Keep posting your workouts and diet. And on those times when you dnt want to go train I am sure somebody will be online to give you a much needed kick up the ass.:thumbup:

just keep going man you can do it.. you might be getting older but u still got to try your best and accomplish all you can and prove to everyone you can do what you put your mind to, just post some workouts and we will help you out.

Grats on the weight loss. I have also lost about 30 lbs since October. Kinda cool ain't it. BTW i'm 34 yo so don't feel old or anything.

P.S. JustinF is really 12yo 5'2" and 92 lbs. He's just good with Photoshop.:evillaugh

Well, I'm off to real rip-roarin' start. My daughters ball game didn't get over till after 9:30 last nite, then had to run an errand with the wife then gettin' kids in bed. Crap, try again tonite. Thanks for the support. I hate missin' workouts.

Get that dedication going bro, I know it's difficult to get started, but once you do and the energy gets started, there's no stopping.

Wound up with my tris pretty burnt. I can't press enough to do **** for my chest. I know, the weight aint so important. It just bugs me. Back and bis tomorrow nite. At least the garage is coolin' off lately. Guess it wont be very long till I'll have to break out the Kerosun in there. That's a real pain.

I'm weak on the back work. I get fed up with it. Seems I make no progress in that area. Gonna move the weights up next time and quit worryin' about rep counts. :mad:

d-bol- Just pickin' a moderate weight and doin' reps till I have to drop the dern thing.

I aint checked out or nuthin'. Was on vacation in the Va. mountains last week. Runnin' crazy at work this week and found out yesterday I got to go to leave for Florida Saturday and be there all next week for work. I have been workin' out this week and there is a gym next to where I'm stayin' next week. I just aint got the time to be postin' right now. I know, whaa whaa. Anyway, plannin' on gettin' things back to more or less normal by a week from Friday.

yeah post some more workouts, if your thinking 90's are weak ass workouts for DB bench then I want to see what else you got thats weak...........
