Why is flaxseed oils better than oils such as vegetable oil or vinegar oil? What is in flaxseed that isn't in vegetable oil (soy bean oil)?
Thanks.

What makes flax seed oil being superior to any vegetable oil is its very high concentration in omega 3's.(While veg oils contain a very high amount of omega 6's)
