Why is flaxseed oils better than oils such as vegetable oil or vinegar oil? What is in flaxseed that isn't in vegetable oil (soy bean oil)?

Thanks.

higher concentration of Omegs 3 fatty acids, as opposed to Omega 6s and Omega 9s.

it's mostly found in fish oils, as well.

Do mixed nuts have a similar nutritional value as flax seed oil?

What makes flax seed oil being superior to any vegetable oil is its very high concentration in omega 3's.(While veg oils contain a very high amount of omega 6's)
