Figured I'd post this here, since the squat is one of the big lifts.

Are these what people call ATF squats?
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/GluteusMaximus/BBFullSquat.html

Also what is the difference between olympic squats and regular squats? I looked at animations on exrx for regular squats and here (http://www.bsu.edu/webapps/strengthlab/home.htm)
and they look the same.

And lastly, which squats should I be doing, I usually go a little below parallel but not as low as the full squat, what category would that fall under, would those be olympic squats?

olympic is ATF (ass-to-floor) in which you just physically can't go any deeper. a regular squat is slightly past parallel.

you're doing full squats. ATF has its place but usually full squats get the job done

Depends on you knees. If your knees can handle ATF squats then go for it. If knees are a problems, then parallel or slightly below will do just fine.

Been doing squats ATF for a while and my knees actually feel better now than they ever did.
