What else should I put into my shake in the morning besides 2 scoops of whey? Whole foods not really an option because I'm on my way out the door 5 minutes after waking up.
Mix in some fruit or what else? Cutting, but want a good, nutritious base meal in the morning.

I usually have a shake each morning when I wake up, it usually hums to this tune, 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 scoop of whey and 1 cup of milk, but i usually follow this by eating a bowl of oatmeal
I would say 12 oz of skim milk or so, to get some calcium and some to slow digestion of the whey. Some blended fruit, like blueberries or something, would also be a very good idea.

I eat toast on the drive to work
if you're in school eat your breakfast in class
if you insist on taking the easy way out grind up some oatmeal and buy some ground flax seed and add them to the whey
then you have
fat, protein, carbs and enough fiber to convince your GI tract to wake up

I also leave quickly in the morning.
I switched from 2 scoops of whey to 1 scoop whey and 2 Tbsp casein and I mix it with milk. casein is slower digesting.
Then I microwave some oats and eat them in the car while driving.

Strawberries is an excellent idea, they have lots of fiber. You'd best get some fiber and fat into that shake or you'll be getting hungry again fast.
