gonna pretend that this is going to last more than a few weeks. so off i go. just my diet atm
weight 202lbs and 6 feet of fat baby
2nd day of no alcohol (SCORE!)
had a salad with vinegret for lunch
solid chunk can of tuna in olive oil for snack
some fat free pasta soup for supper + a salad with vinegret

breakfast- can of delmonte beef stew
lunch- roast beef sandwich and milk
dinner- roast beef sandwich and milk
Paul, seriously. You HAVE to eat more. Shoot for 6-8 meals a day. More whole foods. Chicken breast (grill it), fish (salmon, tuna, cod), turkey, an occasional steak. Don't drink so much milk.

breakfast- solid albacore in water
lunch- 2 roast beef sandwiches and a salad, soda
dinner- 2 roast beef sandwiches, crackers, and milk
its very hard to split up meals drew, i work thurs, fri, sat and sunday- 12 hour shifts (5am till 5pm) and monday and wens i have school. so when i get home from work around 5:40 i have about 2 1/2 hours to do something before i have to get ready for bed. ah well ill think of something i guess. mon, tues and wens mornings i have time to goto the gym, bu on the other days i dont know how itll work out. gonna be awful tiring to put all 3 days right next to each other. ill try it out next week i guess

Bradley's posted a few links to some studies that show more meals don't really have any benefit as to eating 3 big meals. Eating smaller meals throughout the day makes it a bit easier and can help curb cravings but as far as fat loss or muscle building it doesn't play too big of a role.
I would suggest a bit more protein and healthy fats. Find some Fish Oil (either the oil or in caps). Maybe a protein shake or 2 in between meals if you get the chance.
Are you working out or doing any cardio?

ive been trying to do some cardio, but im really really out of shape. i spent 4 months of getting drunk and eating so whatever shape im in its not a good shape. i stopped drinking last tuesday and i just started walking and running 3 days ago. i can walk forever but i tried running today and i lasted 6 minutes. i probably could have ran longer but it was 40 degrees out and my lungs were burning because of the cold. Feels gay walking but i cant think of anything else as convenient or less time consuming, until i can start running longer distances i mean. next week im going to hit the gym a few days. if i feel to uncomfortable with free weights (since its been a while) ill check out some of them cardio machines.

Morning 20 minute walk, tried to run lasted 6 minutes
breakfast- can of chicken and a salad
lunch- roast beef sandwiches and some milk
snack- roast beef sandwhich and some milk
dinner- guess what? roast beef sandwhich and some milk
nightime, ripped a book cd onto my mp3 player and walked for 60 minutes.
