View Full Version : 7 months!Time for a journal!

I have been meaning to keep a journal of my accomplishments a couple of months ago, but my busy schedule prevented me from doing so. I would first like to say that I'm happy that I've found this site. I found it maybe 3 months into my workout, but it is better then not finding it at all. I'm happy that I kind of broke the "ASIAN" genetics that run in my family, maybe the being skinny part but as of shortness nothing could be done about it. Here are some stats for now, I will try to update with my workout routine and other goals later.

Started working out:march 8, 2003
Height:5ft3and a half (lol..every little bit helps)
Starting weight:119
Current weight:143
Bf:13% and dropping.
Flat bench: db 100x5
Incline: 70x8
skullcrusher:80x8(barbell)
curls:65x6-8
squat:225x8 below parallel (will start full squats soon)
dips(wide grip):bodyweight+80x10

my workout for the past almost 7 months has been mon, wed, fri.
monday:chest/back/calves
wednesday:legs/abs
friday:shoulder/arms/calves

that is all that i can think of for now, and i will try to post more whenever i have time.
