was going to call it DAY CHECK JOURNAL but since I'm not going on days going to night check(3-11)...will call it Christmas Journal for my new goals which it get as big as possible from now until then(starting next week)....13 weeks away or 90 days away which ever you perfer...hoping to get my carpool buddy to WO with me....
I gave up on my last journal due to my diet sux...working graveyard shift was difficult for a good diet....went down to 155 lb my bf went down to 15% (as per my tanita scale/bf monitor) which I think it was too high...have calipars now for better reading....
routine will 5 day Mon-Fri 2 off....chest, back, legs, shoulder and arms
diet- will shot for 2000 cals (as clean as possible) and adjust as needed
supp- flax caps, fish oil caps, whey (p/o) and creatine
would like to hit 170
