This is after working out for like 3 months now. First month I only did military press and pushups at home, then last 2 months I started cutting and eating optimally and I started to follow the WBB1 scheme.

What parts should I work more on etc?

Yeah bulk up!!!

The hamstrings look killer, i would concentrate on trying to widen out your back a bit more. Maybe lots of deads/barbell rows/chins/pulls? Good vascularity too.

Speaking of vascularity, i know some people are taking arginine powder as a supp.....i took a look at my protein powders contents the other day and 1 scoop has 500mg!, and 2 scoops is 1 serving for me. So before you go and spend money on the stuff or dish out cash for NO2, check your proteins ingredients!

You started cutting? Why? :confused: Sorry, but you look really lean already. IMO, it looks like there is no need for that. You have a good base to start with so bulk away. Hamstrings look good. I'd keep going on the wbb1 for some more weeks and then change it up some afterwards. It has low volume and compound exercises which should do you well.

And eat!!! ;)

I dunno why actually, I just wanted to get more lean before I'd start bulking up. I have no problem eating actually, I can easily eat 5000 kcals a day cause I have a huge appetite. I was cutting this last month on about 2000-2200 kcals though but I think I reached a plateau now so it's prolly time to start bulking up. I was thinking I wouldnt gonna let my BF get higher then 12% though and then cut it back to like 8-9 again.
The thing I was wondering though, if it took me like a month to go from 12 to 8% BF, I can bulk much longer then a month before I'm back to that 12% right? I dont feel like cutting every other month tbh.

Anyways, thnx for the replies. Those hamstrings are because I used to play soccer for a few years when I was like 12 till my 17th. :)

78x2.205=172 lbs

yeah i must just not be able to gage this stuff your only 1 inch taller than me but i ?? dr flex aswell so its probably my lack of being able to tell

For 2 months of real training you look very good. Nice hams, good vascularity, low bf %. Just hit the big compound exercises and lift heavy, eat and grow. You look like you're probably pretty ectomorphic, so you might find it hard to put on a lot of weight. Just keep at it, it should be pretty easy for you to lose fat again when you want to.

Definitely bulk longer then a month. It sounds like you won't have any problem cutting when you need to.

I just got this lean cause I was doing mad cardio and had a pretty low kcal deficit. Already eating like 2600 kcals a day now (opposed to the 2100 I used to) and gonna up it slowly till like 3000 I think.

I agree bulk up some, you should stay pretty lean through your bulk. Make sure your calories are coming from the proper foods, that's essential.

Small update:
I think I allready look a litte more "bulkier" after eating like crazy for like 2 weeks now. I think I might actually be eating too much, I just eat till I'm full every 2,5 hour (clean though!). In the morning lots of oatmeal with skimmed milk, throughout the day brown bread with pb, whole eggs, lotsa tuna, lean chicken (like 300gram a day), a protein shake like once or twice a day and stuff like rice, pasta, potatoes with veggies at night. I think I'm at about 4000 kcals (some days maybe even more) a day which might be just a little too much.

ANyways, I was wondering how long do you guys think I can bulk till Im at the point where I was when I started cutting? At about 8-9% BF now, and was 12%?

hey,

you know what if anyone has ever told you that you look terrible then don't listen to them because even though you are very skinny you are also probably one of the most ripped guys that i have ever seen!!

Well glad to see another one cross over & start lifting weights.

Dude If I was as skinny as you I would personally bulk up for about 6 months or until my body fat reached over 18%. Try to pack on as much mass as you possibly can in that time. You should be able to average 5 pounds a month if you eat enough good food. That would give you 30 more pounds to add to your 175 pound frame. At 205, you could most probably cut back down to 188-191 & have the same body fat level as you do now. It's just gonna take time bro.

Lift until you puke & SQUAT!!!!!

u must have some heavy bones.. im 170 now and 6'1 my frame is a lot bigger then yours man.. but goodluck with the bulking

EAT! Your bodyfat looks lower than 8.5% to me. You need to eat everything in sight for sure.

About his original weight - it sounded accurate to me. He has some size on his legs.

Don't be afraid of putting on some fat (or what may seem a lot of fat for someone as ripped as you), it will come off as easy (if not easier) as when you put it on. Bulk and lift heavy, you should see some nice results.

Hah. These are pretty old. I lost almost all my definition since then but I'm packing a lot more muscle since I started a really clean bulk.
