10-03-2003, 08:45 AM
wow man - you came in a awesome shape. i can't believe how ripped (and tan) you got.

btw that glute shot doesn't do the ass justice. ;)

10-03-2003, 08:48 AM
Thanks Tina, but honestly I lost quite a bit off the ole caboose. It was one of the few places I was still holding on to fat too. Next time I want it larger and striated. :D

10-03-2003, 08:55 AM
well that's what asses are...large fatty bits. :D

very nice job will ! How did you place?

10-03-2003, 09:07 AM
Not on some of those guys there. It was crazy as hell to see one guy getting ready to hit any rear pose and his glutes are ripped up! They looked like sea shells where his ass was suppose to be. Just crazy I tell ya!

I got first. :D

...but I was the only one in my weight class. ;)

The overall was close I think though. The heavyweight had 25lbs. on me and when its that large of a difference you have to be damn near perfect to affect the judges decision on that.

10-03-2003, 09:23 AM
I've said it before, you def. should have taken overall Will. You came in solid. Lookin' great man. How's the post show binging going?

10-03-2003, 09:23 AM
Looks great Will! I still can't believe how lean you ended up. :) I thought you said your abs weren't showing good?

10-03-2003, 09:37 AM
Yeah, you look great. Now you just need to fix that goofy lookin' head!

10-03-2003, 10:00 AM
i'll take a #8 to go, please.

hats off to you for the accomplishments!!!

10-03-2003, 10:33 AM
Great work!!

10-03-2003, 10:50 AM
Bam: LOL, I'll see if we have any of those sitting around. I was just so ready to eat afterwards that we didn't get any more pictures after it was over.

Mik: Binging is awesome. I've had pizza every day since Saturday night. :D

Craig: Thanks man! Well, they finally came in pretty good but I was trying to get the last bit off the bottom. About the third row of abs down still had more fat than I would have liked and then below that was fine. Just have to work on that more next time.

MixMan: Thanks but what do you mean about goofy head?! Don't make me come over there!

raniali: Dine in only. :p Thank you! :)

Anthony: Thanks!

10-03-2003, 11:03 AM
Wow non-blurry pics that make you look as fookin' great as you actually did at the show!

10-03-2003, 11:06 AM
Two things: I think you need a big star to cover up your junk in the ab-thigh shot and how much for your excel spreadsheet detailing your contest diet and workout?

Oh, and can you post a picture from every single day from 16 weeks out until the contest so we can really really really understand the transitions you've made?

10-03-2003, 01:24 PM
**** you look ripped as hell, great work man,
also your camera man need to give me some tips the pics came out sharp as ****

10-03-2003, 02:21 PM
Looking fantastic!

10-03-2003, 02:25 PM
I believe you may have edited some of you're pictures to look bigger.

10-03-2003, 02:30 PM
Justin: Those do help to look a bit better but the glare off all that freaking oil reduces some of the definition I think.

gal: I'm just trying to help people out and don't want anything in return. I'll be more than happy to send you all my training and diet information, but now you'll have to pay a subscription fee of $50 to see all those pictures. Some of which the star has been removed. ;)

dubliner: Thanks! About the camera I have know idea. I just stand there. :p

TheG: Thank you!

SH: For $50 I'll tell you which ones and what part(s) were edited. :p

HomeYield, looks like you have alot of potential!!!! very impressive:cool:

10-06-2003, 12:03 PM
Stu: Done! Thanks!

SOK: Thanks man! It was the Mountaineer Classic held in Boone, NC, USA. Its an NPC show and was a national qualifier (for the open division, I did novice).

Dedicated: Thanks!

Nelly: Next one will probably be in a year. Around next August.

Willey: Thanks! I sure hope so cause I'd like to win one or 2 more.

I'll post a link to the npc page that will have the pics from the show up. You'll get a better idea of the competition in the novice class, but y'all will also have to check out the guys in the open division. That was one of the best shows as far as quality competitors go.

10-06-2003, 03:56 PM

I've watched your progress, and even though I'm at work, I had to sign on to give you your props.

Absolutely insane. INSANE.

10-11-2003, 11:00 AM
Killer man, absolutely killer

10-12-2003, 06:58 AM

10-27-2003, 01:47 PM

10-27-2003, 05:47 PM
Good physique HY, that's how I wan't to get.

10-29-2003, 09:11 PM
WSA: Thanks man! I truly appreciate it!

Shane: Hopefully next time I'll come in even leaner. I felt pretty bad about my legs after seeing some of the pics.

BC: Thanks dude!

X-Force: Yo dude, where you been? It might be nice to get down there sometime but it might be a while. Anytime you need some help just hit me up on AIM. Hopefully I can help.

GrifeR: Thanks man!

Here's a link to the pics from the entire show I did.

I was in the Novice class. Y'all should check out the super heavy weight in the Open division. That boy was a monster.

Let's see some post comp pics now.

Hmm... is that the lighting, or is that one chick in the Novice division losing her hair? tuttut

Also, it almost looks like you split your lower back open in one of the pics.

10-29-2003, 09:48 PM
Maki: If I had a digital camera now I'd take some. I had to give it back to my parents. One of my buddies might have one. I'll have him take one at some point. It ain't pretty though. :p

Scott: Which one? There was one that didn't look too good. LOL, somebody else pointed that out to me about my lower back. I think its just where I'm stretching the skin though.

This one: http://www.ncnpc.org/Mountaineer%202003/Novice/pages/C2CD0013_jpg.htm

She's kinda pretty otherwise, but...

10-29-2003, 10:07 PM
I think that was just the lighting and camera angle there. I don't recall her so it couldn't have been too bad backstage out from under the lights.

10-29-2003, 10:39 PM
You look superb man, you have to give me some tips about getting the bottom abdominals to show up well. Also if you can, give me a heads up on the protein intake and what to take if possible at inactive@techie.com

Thanks :)

10-30-2003, 11:51 AM
Will, those pics look really good. The only thing I'd say is that your legs didn't cut up quite enough. But you looked awesome!! Great job!

10-30-2003, 06:21 PM
antek: Getting those to show up is just genetics and dieting. I was a fairly low bf% and quite water depleted (though not quite enough looking back). Protein for me was quite high but beyond that I didn't really take too many other supplements that I felt helped. I took r-ALA which might have helped during refeeds but I just upped my ephedra and started cardio. That was the best supplement.

Stu: Yeah, your definitely right there. I working on getting them much bigger so they can stand to be cut up and not lose too much mass next time. I'm also working on making sure they are flexed during all my poses. That will be the biggest thing come next time around.
