Anyone ever try it? I bought it in the summer, and ready to start a cycle.. once I get 100% on track. I am skipping the "loading phase" B$.
Anyways, what is everyones thought on this product?

Never tried it but Met-RX is a reputable brand so I am sure it will be fine...
Drink lots of water and I too skip the loading stage..
Is it pure creatine or a carb mix ? If its pure mix it with some grape juice and eat a banana with it..

Twiz...MetRX is a good brand, and micronized creatine is the best kind.
now try this dosing method...
week 1-load. 10g 2x a day.
week 2 and until you stop creatine-take only 5g on your workout days (post workout).
only re-load if you come off for more than a month.
i'm working on an article explaining this dosing method...but your experience would be very interesting.
i've done it and it worked great...and the science supports this method.
if you decide to take this advice...i would be very interested in how this works for you.

Works for me.
I skip the loading at 10g a day, and just do a month at 5g a day, then 5g only on training days.
I think Cack and I have read the same info that indicates one your muscles are 'saturated', and as long as you eat beef, you don't need much more than that.

yes you could also skip the loading and just take 5g every day for a month. but overall, loading is quicker...and we all want results ASAP.

Why load Cackerot? tell me why? Your body can ONLY absorb 3 grams a day, its been proven. Why not eat a pound of steak a day? has about 5 grams of creatine, and is from real food!
Wow, deja-vu. I just mentioned something about this very version of creatine on the other creatine post. This is definitely top of the line creatine. I've used it and liked it very much.

If you have micronized creatine I see no reason why you should not load. I can understand if you use something like cell tech or phosphagen hp which is $$$ and a lot of calories but micronized usually has many servings and no calories.
