halloween size coffee crisps

anyone have any idea on how many calories are in halloween candy.

obviously it varies per bar, in particular i am think of coffee crisp...

Does anyone know of a site where one can find this out?

Try looking up the manufacturer's website, and then look for nutrition information. Most companies post the nutrition information on their website.:)

or you can get a normal bar, find out how many cals are in x number of grams.. then divie that into how every many grams are in the small bar. get it? :)

I just happen to have some and the macros are on the box. Just check to make sure it's the same size as here:

Coffee Crisp:

16.25g serving (1 bar), 85kcals, 1.1g protein, 4.4g fat, 10g carbohydrates

thanks Rookiebldr, i believe those are the ones, the reason i couldn't see the specs on them is this lady at my work has a mixture of bars in her bowl, and none of them have their nutritional info on them, nor does she display the box they came in .


good to know i didnt' ruin my diet eating two of them the other night...

and since i didn't know the size of them till now, i couldn't use the formula posted by those guys above
