JustinASU, The Gimp, Workhorse, the doc, dubliner, BigChaseyChase, max mex, cocoa, ruLess: thanks for the welcomes and the comments. my tri's *are* looking fairly stellar, which is funny, because they were my weakest body part when i started. all jiggly too. but they shaped right up. thanks guys.
Reinier: my goals... hmm... well, mostly to gain strength and loose body fat. next week i am going to start doing higher reps with less weight for some of my routine. hopefully that will aid the sculpting and slimming process.
Tim Nissen: cause i'm the queen of self depreciating humor. it amuses me to no ends. does that make me odd? perhaps,, but *damn* i have fun. ;)
and yeah,, thanks for the compliment. ~smooch~
Lesnar_Rocks: i'm in southern maine. about 20 minutes outside of portland in a town called raymond. i dont know where patten is, but machias is a few hours away. good to see a fellow mainer around though!
ericg: hey handsome, glad you made it my way. getting there, eh? and yeah,, total bummer on the bike thing. i hate the cold weather! it takes away all my fun. :( how was your ride this summer? we never hooked up like we planned to... maybe in the spring...
Tadger: awww,, i bet you say that to all the girls. ;)
Scott S: your girl is one lucky chica then. if you become single,, look me up. ;) ~pimping~

Anyway, beware of the toning myth -- keep lifting heavy!! :strong:

Beware not to buy the myths, ashes.
ITs not true that you will get leaner by training with higher reps and lower weight. Its all about the diet really.
