hahha raj, i just stopped eating dal and rice. also cut down on rotis as well. curry is out and foreman grill is in.

Looks like they all contain ~340 calories per 100g, if you compare the listings from the USDA nutrient database.
Looks like an A class food. Good Fiber and not so bad protein content. Best part is it is Low GI.

It does indeed, would make a good replacement for rice or pasta in a meal. *goes out to buy some lentils*
