I know the data of the one with the skin, but I am sure there is a difference. Does anyone have the nutritional data on this?

To my knowledge the skin is not included in the calorie total when referring to salmon filets/steaks.

Yes. That is where most of the EFAs are.

The dark meat, along the spine, also contains a higher percentage of fat as compared to the rest of the fish.

The skin isn't bad, singe it lightly on the pan if you can.

better eat the skin, as if you leave it in the bin for a few days it will stink it out.

..in that case, better hide it somewhere in your wife/girlfriend's car.
