Did a forum search, nothing good came up.
So anyways what types of cheese have a good protien to fat ratio?
I'm trying (NO!!! I AM BULKING!!!!!!! ) now so some cheeses with more calories would be helpful. Merci.....

I love cheese!
i've tried both the 50% and 75% cabot light, both taste the same to me jarlsberg is good, don't know brand tho. 70/4/0/9 , cals/f/c/p per oz. all of these have a good melt factor too, very important!!:)
i'd stay away from tofu cheese or any fat free cheese, and the shrink wrapped cheese singles. either they taste like glue or are like eating rubber.

cottage. I happen to love romano and mozzarella. I don't know the calories or anything though. Put em in fitday.

I likeSharp cheddar, especially aged. I don't look at the cals or fat though.

And try to get natural ingrediants cheese. Ignore the ones that have partially hydrogenated oil.

Aged Cheddar kicks ass. I like most cheeses; bleu, havarti, and etc.
