Hey guys, I still don't have the you know whats to post a full body pic, but I want to get your feedback on my wheels. How do they look? My legs are not that great and probably more fat then muscle, but I still am proud of the work I have done.

Wow, they were approved immediately. Do I have like a special privilege or something?

If I measured correctly, my legs are 25 inches thick and my calves are 17 . I measure them like five times, so I am sure the calves are correct.

Yes, calves are definitely looking great. Can't tell a lot about the hams, but they don't appear to be lagging or anything.

Looking good.

How long have you been training calves?

Keep up the great work.

whoa:eek:

hey... do you shave your legs from the knee down? tuttut ;)

10-08-2003, 07:44 PM
No, I don't shave my legs at all. I think the shadows and the fact that it is black an white made them look like that. In fact, I always ask myself what they may look like if I shave my legs and get a tan. My legs are very pastey.

Here is another one of my hams before I go to the gym for leg day.

I have been training for about six months now.

Hams looking good. Quads are big so they your hams look smaller. Do you have a journal on the boards?

10-08-2003, 11:19 PM
No I don't. I thought my quads were small. Once I get down to my goal weight and begin training for muscle increase I will start a journal.

My legs hurt so much right now. I think I may be over doing it on the calf excercises. Everytime I am done my heels hurt.

Thanks for you comments guys. I think I should hit squats harder but I am such a wuss. I am afraid that my workout partners are useless in the event I can't come back up from a squat. I may do more straight legged deadlifts to hit my hams more.

Do you have a squat rack available to you? Just set the pins slightly lower than the bar will be when you are at your bottom position. If you cant get back up, the pins will catch the bar.

BTW, yes you have very pastey legs. The pic is weird because below your knees looks a lot lighter than above.
