Check it out if you haven't already.
I found what I believe to be a better alternative to the pre-wo shake (35g sugars 6g protein). One cup of fruit yogurt has about 36g of sugars and 7g of protein. Not quite as filling as a shake and quite possibly cheaper. Just a tid bit I thought that I would share with y'all.
