Yeah.. i have others but I can't resize them and stuff... ANyway yeah...


Maybe I should give this thread more purpose:

I've been weight training for less than 1 year, then I come here and see I've been doing everything wrong.

I lifted for the past few weeks(with proper guidelines from this site)... but I'm stopping to train for wrestling... so I'm gonna get leaner than I already am.... ANd uh yeah. So I'll have some pics as the season goes on, and in spring hopefully I can bulk if I can put myself up to doing it.

You are going to dissapear if you get any leaner, really man - looks like you are at a good place to start adding some mass after the season is done - suprise them next year and compete with the big boys. Good luck

You are in need of a bulk and fast. You have a good base to add size on. You just need to eat a LOooooT more. Keep working at it.
