2 questions-

1. what is CLA, what exactly does it do, how does it work, any 'bad' side effects, worthwhile or not?

2. how important is consistency with supplements. 85% of the time im good about taking all my stuff regularly. however some nights ill go to bed w/out the zinc and magnesium and ill forget to take extra glutamine during the day. am i really messing myself up with the one or two nights a week i 'forget' or doesnt it matter much

CLA, conjugated linoleic acid, is a form of "good" fat that supposedly has a nutrient partitioning/fat burning effect in the body. Supposedly.

I've used CLA on occasion, but haven't noticed any real effect from it, besides a smaller bank account. It might have benefits while bulking, as it reputably prevents fat storage-- but that's iffy at best.

As far as missing supps, screw it. Take em when you can. ZMA and glutamine are fluffy supps anyway, like the CLA-- meaning you aren't going to hurt yourself by missing them for a day. Or even a few decades.

If you get CLA , stick with Tonalin eg Prolab as it has the correct isomers used in most positive studies .
