Some fat and defilently some mass. Im in the middle of week 6 of 10. Things are starting to take shape now.:)

I wish I had a low body fat though it would be great to se some real definintion. Im going to try to gain as much as possible and maintain 250 if I can all winter. Then cut early spring maybe another cycle I no I could be a solid 220 by summer if I try hard.

Well yes Im tired of dieting and wanted to maintain as much strenth and size as possible this winter. I can all ways cut and I thought it would be better to cut after I was able to maintain my gains for a while. My goal is to be big and cut but now im jsut trying to stay big and strong.

My fat percentage has not rasied at all from when I started though. I was a 220 at 20% and 243 at 20% just trying to hold on to all I get rite now.

First of all. thats a sick amount of weight to gain. your huge.

Then are you sure you are 20%? Specially in the last pic, looks like it could be more.

How many kcalories did you eat every day?

Yes I still smoke. I havent been keeping good stats on how much im eating. Just trying to eat much more and keeping intensity up. I may be over 20% but sure hope not thats high enuf adn refuse to except the fact if I am. Clen and clomid/nolvadex after cycle so I should lean out a little more. Now I feel I got all winter to hold a good weight. I can always cut any time as long as stick with it cutting wont be a problem come srping.

Here is a good way to gain 23lbs.

1. Acquire money
2. Acquire steroids with money
3. Inject steroids into muscles
4. Lift weights
5. Eat a good bit above maintenance including foods high in protein and clean carbs.

lookin good, tren is sick but i couldnt stand sticking myself 3-4x's a week. 1-2x is enough and i dont even like that. did you give them to yourself or have someboy else do it?
