Hey ppl i just join this forum and i must say its really well-organised
I will be posting more here in future.
Im just a average basketball player aint no BB.
I started weights about 4 weeks ago. I started lifting because i wanted to increase my vertical leap and i need help on this thing.I just started trying out olympic movements and i need as much help on that. I don have anyone to guide me dere but i think im learning and getting on pretty fine.
Any tips to help me on that?

I suggest you find a coach to help you learn the OLY lifts.

(A weightlifting coach.)

But, as Paul was suggesting, it's not a good idea to try to teach yourself the olympic lifts.

I think that im doin everything right
there have a mirror there...
oh and yeah... when the bar is in the front squat position, must your elbow be dirrectly pointing forward?
