Ok admittedly this is a pretty mad idea,
most meats when cold are really dry (chicken, turkey, beef etc) and i noticed that 1st thing in the morning when i eat a tin of tuna as a wakeup snack, i find my throat/mouth to be dry.
I manage to eat it if i water it down a bit (glass of water on standby incase i start choking u know)
I know some ppl mix carrot juice and tuna together and drink it too.
Do you think mixing beef, chicken, tuna with a high GI drink would make a good post workout/wakeup shake for some1 who is lactose intolerant (like me) who cant have nice easy whey shakes?
Or have i finally gone mad and need committing immediately?
