View Full Version : Is there any diet which makes your skin look fair and glowing?
well? someone in the gym was saying that there is this fruit diet which allows you to acheve those two goals I mentioned in the subject.....I know for one that a high protein diet will make your skin glow and look young..but what is this fruit diet? He was not sure too and was saying someone inturn told him.

I thought it was pork fat.
That's what Emeril says, anyway.

Get carotine from carrots?

Oh, and eating hot peppers will make your skin glow red and vibrant.

an all fruit diet will make your bm's smell like roses.
won't do much for your skin tho - you want glowing skin - eat plenty of fats.
nothing but fade cream can make your skin any fairer than it is tho - that's genetics.

improving the quality of your hair,
adding a film to your skin that has anti skin cancer properties,
helping with skin disorders,
