Hello, I am a new lifter and am very new to stuff like an appropriate diet
Heres how i am: 17, 6'2'', VERY lean, 130 LBS, I have been reading about how you guys count your calories, how would you go about counting your calories at lets say a high school lunch?? And i hear all about 2000 + calories, how much food is that exactly , thanks alot guys

Sometimes you just have to estimate, since you do not know the exact composition or how the food was prepared. You can use the sites listed below to help you determine your calorie intake.

Depends on the food(s) in question.
